Edward Lee
Chief Financial Officer

Edward has spent the majority of his 20 year career in the education space, first as a teacher and currently as an education system finance leader. He is passionate about connecting best business practices with education systems and processes in order to maximize student centered impact.

Edward has served as Chief Financial Officer for several K-12 school networks. Most recently, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Summit Public Schools, a public charter school network with operations in California and Washington that developed the Summit Learning Platform, a self-paced, online student learning program that was adopted by hundreds of schools around the country. As a former business consultant with Accenture, Edward worked on key Fortune 500 company initiatives including strategic growth, process redesign and cost initiatives.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Duke University, a Master’s Degree in Education from the City College of New York, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He enjoys discovering hole in the wall restaurants, watching sports documentaries, rooting for the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with his family.
