Dr. Justin Garcia possesses a Doctor of Psychology in Organization Development from Alliant International University and maintains his Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute. Dr. Garcia has more than 16 years of experience in higher education, serving as both an instructor and college administrator. He has taught courses in psychology and organizational behavior at the undergraduate and graduate-levels. In addition to his professional career in higher education, Dr. Garcia consults and volunteers with several non-profit organizations, helping them with strategic planning, executive coaching, grant management, and general project management support.
