With over 20 years of experience across corporate and higher education settings, she brings practical knowledge and strategic insight to her teaching. Dr. Huffman holds a Doctorate in Education in Organizational Change and Administration, along with advanced degrees inIndustrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Leadership. She is passionate about developing future professionals and empowering students to reach their full potential. Her instructional approach is rooted in real-world application, student engagement, and a commitment to equity and lifelong learning.
