Sandy Fowler is passionate about equitable student success and the transformative opportunities that high-quality, inclusive career education provides. She is inspired by collaboration that fosters a continuously improving educational environment with students at the center.

With over 20 years of experience in California’s higher education systems, Sandy has served in a range of instructional and administrative roles, including instructor, dean, director, and interim vice president of instruction. She has taught in in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Her subject matter expertise spans business administration, software applications, entrepreneurship, educational leadership, and agriculture.

Sandy holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Sacramento; a Master of Business Administration from Capella University; and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
