Shruthi Nadig is an experienced educator and talent development professional with nearly 15 years of expertise in workforce learning, organizational development, and talent management. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the SHRM-CP credential, in addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Shruthi has taught business and management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a focus on real-world application and career readiness. Her professional background spans technology, corporate, nonprofit, and academic settings, where she has designed and delivered programs to develop leadership, enhance employee engagement, and support workforce transformation.
She is passionate about helping adult learners build practical skills, navigate career transitions, and access equitable growth opportunities. Shruthi is primarily aligned with Calbright College’s mission to create flexible, accessible, and workforce-connected education, and brings a student-centered, outcomes-driven approach to every learning environment she supports.
