Dr. Domerchie is an accomplished instructor with expertise in human resource management, learning and development, and organizational leadership. Her professional experience includes multi-corporate roles as Director of HR, Administration, and Operations. She contributed as a subject matter expert for SHRM’s California HR certification review materials. She served as a Program and Curriculum Advisory Board Member for colleges and universities. As an Adjunct Faculty and Curriculum Developer, Dr. Domerchie has developed and delivered onsite, hybrid, and online courses in human resources, business, psychology, and medical assisting. She focuses on mentoring students and applying adult learning strategies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Known for her equity-focused teaching, she integrates industry expertise with innovative instructional practices to engage diverse learners and foster student success in competency-based education.
