Ellen Rinker is an Adjunct Faculty for the Project Management Program. Professor Rinker has been an Information Technology professional for over thirty years. She has both a Bachelor's and Masters in Management Information Systems (MIS), concentrating in Project Management. She has held a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
