Her expertise is backed by a blend of career development theories, and human centered counseling, refined through her extensive tenure at California community colleges. 

Her expertise encompasses steering students toward thriving careers in IT, Project Management, Government, Healthcare and Education. As the first person in her family to attend college she has a personal commitment to helping students understand their options and guiding them on their career paths with insight and empathy. She offers years of experience working with veterans, student parents, first generation students, justice involved students, borderless students, and working students.
