Felicia has 15+ years in education, instructional design, Technology, and HR, holding roles such as HR Consultant, Investigator, Adjunct Professor, Program Director, Lead Faculty Area Chair, and Instructional Designer. With 18 years at Wells Fargo in Human Resources, Project Management, Audit, and Corporate Security, she holds dual master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources (MS, HR) from Golden Gate University, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and is pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration.
Felicia has taught at Golden Gate, the University of Phoenix, John F. Kennedy, Holy Names, and Umassglobal. Her dedication extends to community service as a Kennedy-King Memorial College Scholarship board member, supporting underrepresented minority students from Contra Costa Community Colleges by providing scholarships to assist them in completing their four-year college degrees. Felicia is enthusiastic about crafting equitable and culturally relevant learning experiences and is committed to contributing effectively to the institution's mission.
